Steve has worked at Baxi for 23 years and has recently transferred to a group role. His areas of expertise are; business change, resource scheduling and field mobility solutions.

He is currently Head of Service CoE for BDR Thermea and is responsible for delivering high levels of customer experience and operational efficiency across a number of European OpCo’s.
